ISO 105 test method (ISO 105 B01, ISO 105 B02, ISO 105 B04, ISO 105 B06, etc.)
AATCC 16 – Test Method by Light Source Type
The way of techniques to reduce color fastness to light on Garments:
The colorfastness to light problem on garments is mainly dependent on the chemical structure, the aggregation state, the combined state and the mixture of the dye.
Select the Dye According to Fiber Properties . For the cellulose fiber, we should select the dye with better oxidation resistance and for the protein fiber, we should select the dye with a good anti-reducing property or a weakly oxidizing additive.
Color Depth depends on dyes. Reactive dye is proportional to the depth of the color dyed.
